None of our cars is more than 4 years old ensuring well-maintained fleet and a good standard of services. Complimentary food hampers (juices, water bottles, cold drinks, wafers, biscuits, chocolates, etc) are placed in our vehicles for the entire tour. Our fleet of cars in North India come with DVD screens with a good collection of movie titles and are Wi-Fi enabled. We also provide Luxury cars upon request. From the initial stage of planning your holiday and during the execution of the tour, you would have a private tour consultant with you. Our consultant would ensure that you have one point of contact for all the queries you have. This helps in avoiding any chances of miscommunication from our end and delivering the best services keeping in mind your specific/particular requests.
We have selected the best guides and accompanying escorts in our panel. We do a formal meeting with our guides every 03 months to review and assess the feedback and also provide training classes on service quality. Our panel includes guides with a speciality in different languages – English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Italian, French, Polish, etc. We have also selected an exclusive panel of guides specializing in bespoke theme-based tours. A culinary expert guide, a yoga teacher, an artist, a historian, special walking tour specialists, etc.
From greeting you on your arrival at the Airport till seeing you off when you fly back home – our Office Representatives all over our 29 offices around India would make sure the transfers are smooth and timely. You will be greeted by our office representatives at hotels to ensure you are assisted with a smooth check-in. They would also do a formal meeting with you at the lobby to discuss your itinerary for that destination and would be more than happy to assist you with any specific requirements you have.
